These people keep calling and threatening that they are going to come to our place of employment or home and have us arrested if we don't give them money. They are very rude and aggressive and will not stop calling

This company has called me three times since August 11. They referenced a Summons number stating it was for "theft by deception" and that I needed to take care of the matter.

First call...placed to cell phone and unlisted, non-published home phone humber. Informed Meredith Stanley myself (husband spoke with Jennifer) that they had contacted the wrong person. We did not apply for 2-week payday loan with Bank of America...let alone allow it to become delinquent. Also informed them that we had never lived nor worked in Texas.

Second call: Company again called both cell phone and home phone number. Message on cell phone indicated time sensitive matter and to call local office (which is not a local call for us) or to call toll-free number. No message was left on house phone.

Third call: This time Company only called cell phone. Basically the same message was left (see above) except that immediate call back was expected.

Conclusion is...this company is practicing a form of Identity Theft and/or illegal harrassment.

These people called me todat threatning warrants and prison time. I hung up they then called back and my five year old daughter answered and they threatened her by saying"get your mom on the phone or I will send the police to get her." I hung up on her again after that comment and called a attorney. What they are doing is illegal!! If someone can get them on tape threatning you, you can then turn around and sue them. Be sure you tell them that you are recording your converation. Also in the same day they called my sister which I did use for a reference and threatened her. Told her that it was a federal crime and that she was an acomplince to the crime. These people have to be stopped!! I do have a debt that I do owe but I losy my job and have no way of paying now. I explained that many times, thay do not care. I say let sue their butts.
