I am in full agreement with everyone else- These people need to be the defendants of the Class-Action Law-Suit Two Steps was suggesting. I had taken a pay-day loan out via Midland Financial, who is just as bad by the way- on 5/18/09. The payment had some problems, and I had also gotten an e-mail from a Redco. I went to answer them and it was sent back. A week or two ago, Marval and Associates began calling, and I can't help but wonder if they are working the country as from some of the other things I have read over in Care Debt Consolidation Forum, it seems like one person gets them dealt with, and then here comes another in another area. They did the same routine with me as with everyone else, although it got bad enough I finally let it go into voice-mail so that Quest got a big dose of it. I was absolutely delighted to find out about two step's Class-Action Law-Suit after all that I have read, and the experiences I have had. They even had me so frightened that they got an old cellular number out of me which was still connected, and then they started harassing on that- I was getting calls every morning just absolutely badgering promptly at 8:00 a.m. and it was finally bad enough I changed my number. When they had threatened sheriffs, etc. and fraud charges and on and on- I also had the payment for the pay-day loan itself, and the return check charge in the mail to Midland's address- which by the way is a P.O. Box. They had wanted to charge me 585.00, plus they only would take it via my bank account. So far, the express mail with the money-gram in it is still sitting in the Kansas City Post Office. And MIdland would rather have them continue to intimidate, and threaten than pick it up and be done with the entire situation- Just like errant Absolute children who are cornered and not getting their ways!
