This company would not let me send them Money orders I had to pay with a Money Gram or a Debit Card. I was Promised that my card would never be used without me being on the phone so I could be given a referene number for proof that my payment was made. I had been making payments all along. I talk to Jessica on 03/14/11 and told her if I did not have my Tax money back by 03/24/11 I would call and make another payment On 03/25/11 My Debit card was used without my permission or me being on the phone They Debit the whole amount that was owned to them which was 466.49 which left me 42.00 for two weeks. I called 47 times left msg for Brian the mgr to call me back I never once heard from them.How can they just take my money without my permission. I was Treated so bad by Ms. Thompson who call me a Slut for not paying my bill No one is helping me I want my money back. How can they take my money this is Freud if I had done this I would be in Jail right now. HELP!
