I bought a Vivitar 925HD Video Camera on12-22-2010. The camera is not work when I got it and I was never able to use it. I called support 2 times who tried to help. The 2nd time they gave me an address to mail it in and receive a new one in it's place. I mailed it in with tracking and it arrived there on 01-15-2011with no one getting the package so it was taken back to the post office. I called them again and was told to let it come back to me and mail it again. Of course, this was a terrible, senseless remark since they hold it at the post office for 10 days before returning it and then I would have to pay shipping again. I was then told they would take care of it. The package was then picked up at the post office on 01-17-2011. My husband was retiring the end of Jan. 2011 and was being given a retirement party on 02-12-2011. After Not hearing from anyone and after being told that it would take 3-4 weeks for me to receive the new one, I called back. Then asked to speak to a manager. The manager at that time told me I would receive it by 02-11-2011, which I did not. I called again after that date and was told I would be receiving it within the week as if it had already been shipped. To this date, 03-17-2011, I have neither heard from themn
n or received the new video camera. I have not called back because I am just being put off by them. It has been 2 months since they were noted by the postal service to have picked it up at the post office. I am very discouraged. I never used the camera and have never received the new one. I really need some help. I send all the information with the camera that was requested. There is no excuse for this as they were only going to send a new one. I really need help with this. I purchased it from QVC and will soon be calling them to complain as well about the Vivitar support system. Would you please notify me per email or cell phone (270) 944-0834 or home phone as above. I would rather receive a phone call please to verify the information and to know this is being taken care of immediately.
