In October 2009, I requested a refund of the system due to sever financial hardship and after 30 minutes with the Quality Department, I was sent an email guaranteeing a partial refund to assist with my hardship.
It is now 13th July 2010 - 8.5 months later and after maybe 40 emails, I have still received no refund and no-one is able to help me as apparently, the only way to reach the "accounting department" is via an internal email service.
Global Cash Flow Network is a scam and I fell for it.
If anyone can help me get my money back it would be greatly appreciated as my financial hardship has simply worsened over the past nine months and false guarantees and liars like these ones simply make the situation worse.
I live in Australia and am nor familiar with US laws - is there a National body who can assist with recovery of these funds?
Please help.
