I worked for MASON CAPITAL/AFG/GRETCHEN FOX and they are all the SAME COMPANY. The owners are liars and cheats. They are money hungry buzzards that are not interested in the greater good or stability of their customers.

They names of the owners are, TOMER, NIEV, REV, AVI. AVI runs the MASON CAPITAL department and basically what they do is trick consumers into paying the last of there funds into their own pockets, even to the point where the get weekly bonuses. Sometimes they even charge three times what the consumers mortgage payment is and then never follow up with the client.

The top sales people who swindle the most are, GARY ARNOLD AND ADRIENNE TABIN. They take all of these files in and only have 6 people working on hundreds of files. They are so cheap that the fired half of us around the holiday season after cutting our bonuses and pay with out notice. Also, they would take away holidays without notice and make us work overtime with out compensation.


They lost their address as 7210 Jordan Ave# A42, Canoga Park, CA 91303, but the ACTUAL PHYSICAL LOCATION, WHERE YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THESE SCAMMERS IS 8236 REMMET AVE. CANOGA PARK CA 91304. All three "companies" are in the same building as well as an "insurance company".

FYI they just recently filed BANKRUPTCY for MASON CAPITAL GROUP so if you signed on with MASON CAPITAL, your file IS NOT being worked on at all.

IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, OR LOST HOMES OR MONEY PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL OR FIND REPRESENTATION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY VACATE THE PREMISES.

Also anyone who calls in for a REFUND will be transferred to someone named RICH AND OR RICK who will transfer you to a voicemail box that he will never check and you will NEVER GET YOUR REFUND.

P.S if you live in CA and want to go up to the site, there is only ONE SECURITY GUARD ON THE PREMISES AND TAKE YOUR OWN CAMERA FOR PROOF BECAUSE THEY DELETE THE SECURITY VIDEO AND MANIPULATE THE TIME FOR THEIR OWN PROTECTION. Also for anyone involved it is absolutely ILLEGAL to charge an upfront fee for a loan modification.

I REPEAT, ALL THREE COMPANIES ARE THE SAME AND OPERATE IN THE SAME BUILDING!!!
