I signed a Mass Joiner with K2 Law Firm back in Feb 2011 and was advised I only needed to pay 1/4 of the retainer Fee of $12, 000.00 and BAC would be notified of my case against BAC. My contact was through Maverick Marketings in southern california.
In May of 2011 K2 Law "Maverick Marketings"contacted me and said the government stepped in and my case had been moved to another lawyer. I then became concerned that this was a HUGE SCAM. When I asked for a copy of the letter that was presented to BAC I was told "I'll see what we can draw up!" What kind of crap is that. The letter to BAC should have already been drawn up and submitted to BAC.
I have NOT signed the NEW contract with "Precision Law Center" as I believe they are also a part of this SCAM.
These companies make you feel like hundreds of people have signed this "Mass Joiner" and it's the best thing you can do.
I'm pissed because I didnot take out a fraudgelent loan. My Husband passed away unexpectedly of a massive blockage in the "widdow maker" an artery in the back of your heart. He was miss diagnosed with "Acid reflex".
I don't even have a case against Kaiser as they are over protected. I believe this was neglagence on Kaisers part.

It's a shame that DR's and Lawyers are not and can not be held accountable.
