they were adding massages and taking them out of my 59.00 membership dues even when I wasn't even in town! I was in Italy at one point & had 3 saved up unused, and they claimed I showed up for a 2 hour massage, I didn't find out until I demanded a printout after I saw strange withdraws from my account & when I was told my pre-paids were all used up. They charged my debit card over $400.00 one time in what they called fee's and other pre-paids which I never got to use.

I have an open fraud complaint with them now. I had to cancel my card in order to protect myself. They are truly evil. The owner is a mean thief. Her name was on many of these debits I had.

I would have stayed a contracted member had they been honest. All I want was what I paid for nothing more or less.

They also said I had 2 chair massages at 30 minutes each and took those out too but I have never in my life had a chair massage and I have proof I was working that day. They refused to give the the exact time of these so called appointments.

I received only 6 - one hour massages but they took over $1, 000 out of my checking account when I was not there or authorizing it then made up reasons why when I fought it.

At one point they said they would refund the chair massages but had to do it on a card so like a dum dum I gave them one but instead of refunding them they charged more money! I kid you not. I have never seen such blatant thievery.

I have an open fraud case with my bank and police etc... Just stay away or pay as you go.
