i went to get my hair colored at mastercuts in cross creek mall in fayetteville north carolina and i asked them to dye my hair a dark mocha chocolate brown so they bleached it for two hours then put a hair color in my hair for 45 minutes my natural hair color is jet black.it had no hair dye in it at all first time i ever dyed my hair.when they finished my hair came out a light orange reddish honey blonde so ugly!!!they charged me 115 dollars for it i am so not happy.It was a young girl i forgot her name she is married to a militay white man she is 19 no kids she is caucasian that is all that i know about her.i asked her how long she has been doing hair she says 4 years, If it is true why when she put bleach in my hair she kept asking her manager every 15 minutes is she doing it right?????i hate them people my hair is fried and also i asked her to cut two inches at the end my split ends and she cut my hair so un even like o my lord i went home sad please never go here if u do go ahead try it out and ull know what i mean
