Do not go to Mastercuts or any other Regis owned company. They profit from deceiving customers and dishonest pricing.
I took my wife to get her haircut because and adult haircut is advertised with a huge poster to only be 17.95. So she got her haircut and I walked to the register with her. She handed the stylist her debit card, assuming 17.95. But then the stylist stated that the total is 32.95!!! I interrupted, and seeing possible loss of money, the stylist quickly slid the card! I looked at the receipt to see that my wife was charged 8 extra dollars to have her hair dryed and 7 extra dollars for the straight ironing, As if customers should have their haircut but then walk out of the salon with wet, tangly unstyled hair? This is a perfect example of bait and switch and is totally dishonest to the customer.
The stylist and I got into a small cursing match, in which she said she's "not allowed to give me a damn refund."
I called the customer service number and after days of playing phone-tag with supervisors and managers I was insured the entire ammount would be credited back to my account. One month later I still have not been refunded.
