On June 25, I purchased a copy of John Tiller's Campaign series from Matrix Games. They offer the physical CD as well as a digital download, or both. I selected the physical CD as I have no interest in purchasing a download. I received an order confirmation shortly thereafter.

Two weeks went buy without receiving my order or any further communication from Matrix games. So, I sent them an email, inquiring about the status.

On July 7, I received a reply from Janilyne F., stating that they don't have any and don't know if/when they will be getting more. I replied that they should have informed me that they didn't have any and shouldn't have accepted the sale. I also asked to cancel my order.

On July 8, I received an email from Freneil R. stating that they have received my cancellation request, but their policy is ALL SALES FINAL.
I replied that since you don't have anything to sell, that poilcy is irrelevent. So, I AGAIN told them to cancel the order, so I could order from another seller, without having to worry about Matrix Games charging me for and sending a duplicate copy when and if they get any.

On July 9, I received an email from Bryan Gilbert L. stating that MY DOWNLOAD was ready and would be charged for it. I replied that I didn't order a download and have no interest in one. That this is NOT what I purchased and directed him to my invoice, which clearly states PHYSICAL CD.
AGAIN, I told them to cancel the order. Along with notifying them that I filed a complaint with the BBB, would be notifying my credit card company that it was an unauthorized charge, and was in the process of filing with the NY State AG's office.

On July 10, I received an email from Felicia N. stating that I did, in fact order a physical CD, and they have received my request to cancel, but they may not be able to and I might be charged and sent a copy.

So, they accepted a sale for a product they don't have, didn't bother to tell me they don't have any, and won't cancel the order.
So, if they get more copies in a month, a year, ten years, I will be charged and sent a copy.
