I found that this machine cannot be repaired due to a manufacturers defect. The machine vibrates off balance. I have balanced it per Maytags suggestion and have had it thoroughly checked out. The repairman said he would call me back the next day after I talked to him. He never called me back because he knew this machine could not be repaired. The repairman told me he thought the buffer ring was bad. I had the machine taken apart to find out there is not one bad part on this machine just a defective machine. Maytag basically said too bad too sad, your warranty is up. This machine is not even 5 years old and cannot be repaired. What a ripoff.
