Mawi painting submitted a bid with guidelines for work to be done. He did not honor the bid, used the lowest grade paint, did not sand, prime, repair or fill. He used water base paint over oil based without priming. He did not protect my flooring and when I asked he threw dirty tarps over my white carpeting. My cabinet doors stick and when I asked him why--he told me the paint had to cure for 3 weeks--the paint store said he used cheap paint. I had him back to unstick my windows and discuss a cabinat door that he damage--he argued with me-I can open the window but had to pay $300 to repair the cabinet. I advise you as consumers to call the paint store. All you need to do is give the painter's phone number and they will tell you the quality paint your painter is using.
Do think twice about hiring such a person.
