I ordered product on the 5th of August. I read the complaints on this website after my son told me I had better check them out. I called and canceled on the 1-866-949-0138 on the 6th. Telling them I did not want the product. I have checked my bank account every day just to find out that today on the 19th, I have a charge of $86.42 on my account from them. They charged my account the $.99 for shipping on the 10th. As of today I have not received the product. Here is my live chat conversation today with a live operator. PLEASE READ SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH!!! By the way the tracking number for UPS is bogus!!
