I too like the rest of the people who have filed complaints did not authrize a debit on my bank account. I was stonewalled for days with no response becasue "their server was down" and the person I spoke to on the "support" line would not help me. My bank is working with me to get a credit but it will take over 30 days. This company claimed that this was a fifteen (15) day trial period and then trick you into receiving the merchanside early and then debiting your account before you can even find out if you like the product. Then they ignore you while you try to get a cancellation but eventually come back to say that your time is up and it is just tough luck. They should be banned from advertising. I will file with the Texas attorney general and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. This company is crooked.
