I ordered the Max colon's "free trial" and didn't realize that I had to cancel within 14 days of actually ordering, since their wording on their website was so ambiguous. Then when I received an additional shipment, almost immediately, and a charge to my credit card, I tried to call the company and go to their website. Not surprisingly, the website says "Bad request (Invalid Hostname) and when you try to call, all you get is a busy signal. When I disputed the charge on my credit card, the person I spoke with in regards to the dispute suggested that I didn't read the fine print! I explained that I did and that it was quite unclear and that I have been trying to get in touch with the company, but can't get through, so I have no choice but to dispute the charge to my account. Thanks a lot, Bank of America, for treating your customer with hostility, as opposed to understanding and working with your customer on this obvious scam!

I got the rma number and returned product to company and then never heard from them again and phone number for customer is no longer working and what a surprise no money was return to my card.

The phone number given to cancel this product shipment is no longer in use. the email sight is no longer valid and products are still being shipped and charged to my credit card. I do not wish to have these products delivered to me on a monthly basis but cannot talk to anyone to cancel. they do not work either so this is just another scam.

Please, Please, do NOT order this product...these people are a scam. They're quick to take your money but never deliver the product...check these complaints...there's several with the same story. Why are they still in business you ask; well, we're trying to do something about that... so do not invest any money on these evil people.
