Scam
i was charged $89.95 on 6/15/09. I called to cancel using their toll free number 1-866-870-7042 but the line is no longer in service. I tried to go to their website as well to cancel at http://www.maxcolon.com/cancle, the website is no longer available

Do not buy this product... #1 it is a joke #2 it is an expensive joke
It is not free... They would not send me a return coupon. They charged my credit card $ 89.95. and I am stuck with this junk and out my money.

never got my refund
I sent the non working pills back and they still charged my bank account and they never gave me my refund after they received the pills back. The # they give you to call is now not in service.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered free trial from both companies for 5.95 shipping I then had to cancel 89.95 a mo. subscriptions from both. Plus a number of other subsrciption like travel clubs. I have numerous charges on my visa even thought I read the fine print immediately and canceled. I am now trying to get back 89.95 for a supple they say is in the mail and can't do anything till it is returned!!

Deceptive Marketing
Max Colon has deceptive marketing practices. They lure you online with a free trial offer but they are really hooking you into an automatic monthly charge of $89.90. Once you realize this and want to cancel they are nowhere to be found. They don't answer their phone or email requests. They say you can get a refund within 15 days of receiving the product but you have to send the product back with an RMA number. You can't get an RMA number because you can not contact them. Their phone number is disconnected and they don't respond by email. It's a scam!

I also ordered max colon. I received the free trial. They sent me the next 2 bottles and according to their policies, I have 15 days to return the product for a refund. I have had no luck in getting them to give me return address or an RMA#. I sent the product back using the return address. I sent it with confimation of delivery. No one has been there ot accept the return and I have not been able to contact them at all.

will not refund or cancel
will not refund or cancel, charging my account 89.95 even though i have sent back orders and have refused to except any packages from this company, its sad to think that this company can continue to be in business without any repercousions. HELP!

scam (phone# no longer works)
The phone# no longer works. I tried calling to find out why my credit card had been charged even though I had canceled within the 14 days. Yes, they got me for $89.95. Now I find the fee to be a membership fee to SCAMMED YOU U.S.A.. If their is any worthwhile recourse to this please post.
