did not cacel
I didn't cancel my subscripton in 15 days and my account was charged 89.95 which i paid with no complaint. I called the 800 number and cancelled my subscription and was assured there would be no more money taken out of my account.It was a lie because since then my account has been charged 2 times. I have called repeatedly and have been told over and over again that i'm cancelled but they keep charging me every month. I was finally told today about the cancel website and I cancelled through that. I hope it works!

charged for products not recieved /free trial offer
This was suppose to be a 14 day free trial, before I even recieved the product they charged my card 89.95. I want a refund and return authorization # immediately. This is a scam people!

yo pedi la muestra gratissssssssssss de mas colon y yo hasta el momento no he resivido nada mas que el cargo por 89, 90 de mi tarjeta estoy muy molesta porque hisieron eso sin mi permiso yo creo que ustedes lo unico que hasen es abusar de la gente que afuerzas quieren vender el producto pienso que seria mas desente si desde un prinsipio dijeran en realidad lo que cuesta el producto y no que enganen alas personas hasiendoles creer que es una muestra gratis en mi l caso no he recibido nada del producto mas que un cobro que es demasiado injusto por lo tanto quiero la devolucion de mi dinero no se como es que nos puedamos arreglar tengo que hablar ami banco y poner la denuncia o hablando con ustedes espero y me digan como arreglar esto lo mas pronto posible porque creo que eso q ustedes hacen es un robo disfrasado

rip off
i ordered so called free trial of max colon which cost me 6.95 my doctor told me i can not take it i ordered it on the 24th of May and canceled the whole thing on 6/9 abd on 6/10 found out that the company charged my checking account for 89.95 which was not authorized and now from what i have been reading that it turns out this was a scam

refund of money
I purchesed this product on a free trial basis and found that is made me very ill. I contacted the company to let them know that I was sending the product back. At that point they stated that a new shipment had gone out and to return that product also, they cancelled my account (Conf # 188411) and said that as soon as they received my product back they would refund the $89.95 back to my account. That was on May 1, 2009, on May 16, 2009 I phoned them again and was told by Christine in customer service to e- mail the company to speed up the refund. I did and got no response, again I e-mailed them on May 20, 2009 with no response. As of today June 8, 2009 I still have not been refunded the $89.95.

I PURCHASED A MAX COLON FOR 5.95 WITH AN INSURANCE OF A DOLLAR AND NOW IT SHOWS IN MY ACCOUNT THAT THEY CHARGE ME 89.95 ON MY ACCOUNT. I WANT A REFUND FOR THIS UNSATTISFIED FLASE ADVERTISEMENT AND I WILL GLADLY RETURN THE MERCHANDISE.

want subscription to stop!
I order max colon an didn't work and now I am trying to contact them within my fifteen days to cancel. I called the 1866-870-7042 and they directed me to maxcolon/cancel.com I tried the site and did not come up with the cancel information. I want them to stop now or I will close my credit card account. I refused to continue to pay for something that don't work.

money taken from my acct x2n after i cancelled
$89.95 was taken out of my acct right after I received my so called free bottle. I called and requested they replace my money but was told I did not call within the 15 days. Because I was not sure of this I did not argue the point, but I spoke with a young man who said he would cancel the order. A month later on 5/27/2009 another $89.95 was takent out of my account. I went on line to make sure it was canelled and it was. I called to request my money to be replaced and was told by some one that my order had not been cancelled but my argument was if that is the case why can I not cancel it on line because it says it had already been cancelled.I was then told to go on line to billing and send an e-mail with my ID# 178477. I never saw anything that was considered billing. I had to go to my bank to make sure no more money was taken out of my acct. and I returned the product and will persue this further.
