I was charged 80.95 to my account for max colon . I think that i was tricked into getting money from me . I will never use my card on the internet ever again, just because of this kind of situation. Just to let you know I personally did not see anything stating that more money would come from my account thank you, and I would appreciate my money back pronto.

Max Colon is a complete scam. DO NOT and I repeat DO Not fall for it. The product does not work. They say to cancel within 15 days, but make it impossible to cancel and then automatically ship and bill a months worth of the product. Then they will not allow you to get a refund.

The same exact scam happened to me where you pay S & H only for a 15 day trial, but lo and behold on the 15th day they charge your account 89.95 and refuse a refund even when I sent the product back (which was received the same day). What a bunch of lowlives. I will complain to every possible organization, the more people that complain, the more likely something will be done. I plan on contacting the BBB, the FTC, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center and the Attorney General's office in CA where they are based. I also will be contacting the media and every other complaint organization that I can find.

I ordered the product with the 15-day free trial. After 14 days I tried to cancel but the office was closed and so I was not able to cancel wit in the 15 days. They auto-shipped me a 30-days supply and I wanted to return the product for refund. They kept stonewalling me for the next 6 days. Sending me e-mails telling me that I did not cancel on time and that I should have read their terms and conditions. But the company gives a 15-days satisfaction guarantee on all shipments!!! Then after the 6th day, they offered me a half refund. What a joke! During this time I've called the customer service department 5 times. Got hung up once and rest of the time, they just tell me that they can't assist me. Then what is the customer service department for if not to help the customer??? I advised them to re-read their own return and exchange policy and finally someone with some sense gave me the RMA # needed to return the product for a refund. What a horrible company to do business with. I did some research, ladies and gens, you can get a similar product in health food stores or in your local GNC stores. Don't need to pay 90.00 a month and the hassle.
