stealing my money
For the last two months I have had $29.95 taken out of my account. I did not agree to this, I purchased a FREE trail sample thats it. Period. How do I stop this transaction from happening next month? They have quite the scam going and they need to be stopped.

Credit card charge
Free sample of their product cost 4.99 S&H. They then charge your credit card $78.93. When you call they tell you their is some discloser that says your now in their program. They will not allow you to cancel the program; you do not receive any further product and then they barter with you to give you a part of your money back. $20.00 was their offer so you give them $58.00 for nothing.

I am SOOOO GLAD I found this website. I was charged $88.97 from Ivory Brites, $78.93 twice from Max White, $39.95 from Celebrity Smile & $9.99 from Axis Wellness. I was under the impression I was purchasing free trial products. I only had to pay for shipping. WRONG!!! Apparently it also signs you up for subscriptions that I was unaware of. I saw that B.S. add about the stay at home mom who found a cheap way to whiten teeth. Everytime you go to the add the products change. But they're all the same scam artists. I cancelled my unagreed memberships and was told by some I would be refunded and some said they would not refund my money. The ones that said they would refund me actually charged me again instead of taking away the first charged. Luckily I found a comment on this site earlier to contact your bank or the company you have your credit card through. You need to tell them these are UNAUTHORIZED charges and explain the situation to them. Some banks and credit companies will refund you themselves and take on the dispute with the scammers themselves. I contacted my bank and they did just that. Its supposed to take about 2 or 3 days to see the money back in my account. So I would HIGHLY recommend doing the same yourselves. Maybe if theres enough somplaints and disputes we can put a stop to this robbery and HUGE inconvenience. I will keep you posted on if I truley receive my refund or if its just another broken promise.

Unathourized charges.
THIS IS A REALLY BIG SCAM NEVER GOT MY FREE TRIAL FOR THE $5.95 THEY HAVE SAID THAT MY ADDRESS WAS WRONG THEN TWO WEEKS LATER i GET AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF 78.93 INTO MY ACCOUNT i CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND THEY ONLY WANTED TO CREDIT ME BACK $70 DOLLARS AND STILL CHARGE ME FOR THE PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVE.. THERE NUMBER IS 1-866 964-1011. ALSO 1-866-922-5522 i HAVE SPOKEN WITH CHESTER LEE AND GOT MY MONEY BACK $78.93 BUT NOT MY $5.95 FOR THE TRIAL THAT I NEVER GOT.

I had been charged for this product before I even got the chance to try it
I want to return it but don't have an address for this company-does anyone?
If so, please share it
I called my credit card and put a stop to all trasaction requests coming from them
It is scary how they can get away with this.

The usual. Ordered the whitener on a "free" promo and did not see the 14 day clause. Now we have the 78.93 cent charge and they won't refund it. The guys who handle the complaints are clearly in India so the odds on us being able to get our money back is small. We will file charges of misleading advertising and possible mail fraud if we can. We also will contact our state attorney general's consumer protection division but have little hope they will be able to help due to these damn foreign criminals.

fraudelent charge on bank acct
purchased a sample of max white and paid for the shipping. they have charged my bank acct and have not given me credit and were rude when i contacted them;
