Continuous charges
I have been charged several times by MAXACAIBURNCOM 866-9898945. Does anyone have an email address I can contact them on to cancel as all attempts of calling has been unsuccessful.

taking money out of my credit card
I purchased the diet supplement acaiburn on line free for 3weeks I only paid for delivery from america. I rang them 3weeks later to tell them I had a reaction to the tablets. and to take me off the list to send more each month. The person I spoke to said because i had them for the 3weeks i had to pay yhe full amount. I said fair enough. so the cost was on my credit card in august of $70.78 plus conversion fee of $1.77. Then I get Charged $3.94 for VH access what ever that is, then conversion fee again of only 10cents then $8.67 for healyhmember. then another conversion fee of 46 cents this lot was on the same statement. I have just recieved my statement for september and guess what they have charged me for a elitepack $3.41 then conversion fee of 09 cents then aezykit at $8.14 and yet another conversion fee of 20 cents. I know its not much but why are they charging me i do not have any of these things.

unscrupuless credit card grab
They get you to pay for shipping and handling for a free trial. Which is suppose to be 15 days. Sounds good but it is 15 days from the day they ship it. If you don't get it for a week then you now only have 8 day trial. Then in thier amazing marketing of pages and pages of unvarified and unvarifiable testimonies they throw in the fine print which "implies", and that is their word of choice not mine, that you can simply call and cancel and all you pay is the few dollars shipping and handling which suddenly grows before you even leave the site. It just doesn't end. By the time you get your first credit card statement they will have already charged 2 months on the credit card, of course only the first one is on the statement. The second is conveiniently one day later than the statement date so you get it on the next statement even though you cancelled when you got the first one. Oh ya and they share the info with the following companies so they too can get in on the grab.

unauthorized payment
i want to know why you have taken $23.22 out of our credit card when we never gave authorization our card went missing last month and just received our bank statement not happy. We want refund NOW!!!

can anyone give me the many addresses of this company so i can cancell everything .I have had 2 payments taken from my account one from United States and one from Gibraltar.
And why cant the Yorkshire Bank Visa department (who know its a scam ) stop the payments to this company, especially when asked to by my self.

Money withdrawn without authority
Offered free sample with payment for sending.
Have since taken two payments out of our credit card . Did send box of bottles which we returned.
Taken amounts of $72.19 and $1.80 transfer fee and $70 29 with $1.76 transfer fee

being charged for products which i did not order or receive
I sent for a two week trail of acaiburn weight loss product which i recieved but have just checked my bank acc. to find i have been billed on the 1st of august for $71.99 + $1.79 o/seas conversion rate for a product i did not order or recieve also on the 14th augusti was billed for another product from Nutrionalsupp for a product i once again did not order or recieve the amount was $71.62 + $1.79 o/seas conversion fee. I do not know who these people are but I want this stopped thank you Christina Tinker Australia

unauthorized debit from my account
A website appeared on the yahoo front page. This ad stated that an indivigual could purchase one bottle of acaiburn diet pill #60 for $4.95 with no obligations. There was a space toward the bottom of the ad that asked if this was going to be an autoship with a billing period of 90 days at a rate of $58.76 per bottle. I checked the box marked NO. I only wanted to try the one bottle at the offered price of $4.95. I received my bank statement today and this company has stolen $127.85 from my account in the past 2 weeks. Each of the four entries from this company lists a different phone number. I called all four numbers, all of which were the same company. I cancelled ALL dealings with this company and got confirmation numbers. The customer service representatives were not very affliable, I think they may be accustomed to dissatisfied customers. I informed the company that I was reporting them to the BBB. I am hopeflu that this fraudulent company will be shut down.

frauds/thiefs
After buying some diet tablets from maxacaiburncom they charged me double and then later withdrew a further £36.90 from my account without my permission. I immediately contacted my bank HSBC and explained this company had stolen my money. They said the first thing you must do is cancel the card you have and get sent a replacement. This does not affect your bank account but it immediately stops any more tranactions from that card. They said any company cant get anything from you if you have another replacement card. BEWARE! Phone in quick to your bank. Don't let them steal again.
