Took money from my account with out my authorisation.
They took money from my account with out my caricaturisation. I canceled my free trial and they still took money. They also made it very hard to cancel the free trial.

I received my credit card bill ad it is showing that they have debited without authorisation.

Unauthorised payment
I havwe just checked my Barclaycard statement on line and noticed a payment taken out for £35.90 I didn't authorise this. I hope this helps others in the same situation, now I will see if I can get my money back.

False charges to your account
These people that own this product are frauds, they do not state that your account will be charged in 30 days $58.76 if you don't cancel your subscription and you don't even know you have subscribed to anything. It clearly states that you only have to pay for shipping and handling. I spoke with a Rep 5876 about refunding my money first she told me I had to send them their product back but once I stated that I was going to call my bank and report the rep said your money will be refunded in 5 to 10 days and you dont have to send the product back. It should be someone else we can report them to. I will surely check into it and give all who have been scammed a update.

Money removed
I have just checked my Bank balance to find out this company have removed $90, nz from my account and I havent even ordered anything. How do they do that and how do I get my money back.

14 Day Trial?
I paid $1.95 + s/h for the trial of Acai Burn, didn't really use it. I check my bank account yesterday and I had been charged $58.76 without authorization. I called the number on my statement and was told that there was a "14 Day Trial Period, " and if I had kept the product AFTER that trial period, that I would be billed for another month's supply. I don't recall seeing this ANYWHERE on the website, nor through any of the ordering process or billing. And in order for me to get the $58.76 refunded, I have to PAY to ship it back to them. I'm going to ask them to refund my shipping costs as well, for I didn't ask to be charged for another shipment.

payment withdrawn without authorisation
Last month I emailed this company as I no longer wished to purchase their goods.
I have just received my bank statement to say that they have withdrawn payment from my account on the 27th July!
This was without authorisation from me and I am very angry.

I paid$20 Aus for a product that was never delivered. I also wish to cancel any future products from this company.

was advertised as free with just $4.99 delivery, i was charged $14.90 +$3 debit card charge and still no product
