unauthorized charges
Finally got refund - here's how. took forever, but finally got almost a full refund. First - don't even try their product - they are scam. If you do get suckered in (like I was) - dispute charge with your bank, file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General of CA. Then - forget about arguing with them, they'll just keep sending you the same email with a different name. Here's the key - their website says you can get a refund - if you return product within 15 days of their original postmark - and follow all their rules --rma number, etc. Check their website and make sure you return with a receipt requested. They 'lost' my return for a couple of weeks and only agreed to refund when I supplied proof of my sending it. Print a copy of their return policy and follow it to the letter. Do not bother calling - email and keep copies of all correspondence. You'll need it for both your dispute and your complaint with the AG and BBB. It took me almost 2 months - and countless, repetitive emails - but they finally refunded all but $8.00. Also - I would recommend canceling your credit/debit card and getting a new number, because this is a scam company and I wouldn't put it past them to keep charging you. Above all - keep copies of everything and keep writing them. Just be sure you follow their 'refund' policy - from their own website. I learned my lesson - I will NEVER buy another product from an internet ad, unless I know the company is reputable. Good luck - this company has terrible customer service, they are very rude and hard to deal with.
