Unauthorized charges
I ordered a "free" trial bottle of maxcolon, nd agreed to pay shipping charges. The trial period of 15 days included the shipping time, and by the time I tried to cancel they had already shipped two more bottles and charged my account $89.95. I have had no success in obtaining a return address so I can return the unwanted bottles.

I have called this company to cancel my order they are still sending me these pills what can I do now about that since you can't reach them by hone or email or on there website.

bank account charged after i tried to discontinue
ordered trial. requested to be discontinued in alloted amount of time. they came up with excuses of not being able to find my account until the deadline had passed. sent me another shipment anyway called them on the phone to be sure was discontinued. they found my address immediately. told me to go to support@maxcolon .com for return information. there is nothing there that will help me. the crap does not work

Scam
Ordered a free trial on 06/03/2009. Cancelled it on 06/04/2009 due to medical reasons. About 15 days later they charged 89.95 off my credit card. Never recieved any pills to this date. Called them back. They said I did not cancel which was a lie. They said they would cancel it that day but it was after the 15 day mark so they had to charge me 89.95 even though I never received any pills. I am disputing the charge through my bank. Called them again to try to get my money back. They said they shipped out the product after I had already cancelled twice with them. The first cancellation being within 24 hours. I reported them to the BBB. They have several complaints against them already. Never order anything from them. They just lie and cheat people and have trained them employees well to lie and cheat.

wrongful charges
I got the "free trial offer" that didn't turn out to be free plus the samples didn't work for me. I attempted to cancel but it never got canceled. My credit card was charged for a shipment that I returned and requested again that my account be canceled. I sent the shipment back that I received the middle to third week of May and I was still charged the $89.95. As they charged this to my account, I have three bounced checks and fees to go along with the bounced items. I cant seem to get any answers or the money put back into my account.

I ordered a trial offer which stated I would be charged $6.99 and then had my account charged$89.95 for the product.The trial offer said nothing about that I would be enrolled in a mail order program.I called their customer support number and was told I would recieve a
e-mail with information to recieve a refund.I am now out $177.03
because I ordered the Acai Berry product that was advertised with the
colon product and they did the same thing.I did get through once on the Berry product line and I thought I had made the call soon enough to cancel any further product and charges.But I just found out my account WAS charged with no product being sent.I am devastated
this has caused a huge overdraft in my checking account because
I used a Debit/Visa.

Colon Cleanse
I ordered aFREE bottle of ColonCleanse and then was sent 2 more that i did not order. I have tied to contact them and have gotten no where. They say they will refund my money but have no real hope of ever getting it back. is there a law suit going on that i can become a part of somewhere.

Tried to cancel and still receiving
I have tried to call and cancel my future orders and you are still charging my card. All Iwant is to cancel orders and receive no more product.
