"free trial"
I recently tried the "free" trail of maxcolon along with acai berry, Before had a chance to finish trial samples both companies had charged my credit card for shipments of both pills. When I tried to contact Max colon to cancel order, i was told it was after business hours and to cancel to go to this web site- www.maxcolon, com/cancel. when i put this in my computer to go to this site, it will not go, I guess it does not really exist. I am tried of being scammed money each month and then not receiving product for 3 to 4 weeks after they have already got their mioney and it is time for them to take money out again. I will not recomeed either of these products to anybody, IT IS A SCAM!!!

unaurthorized order and charges
I had a call from debit card provider that they had noticed some unusual charges to two of these type companies. One of which they stopped automatically and the other was too late. When consulting with my bank about the charges, they spoke to the company which said I would have to cancel through them in order to get a refund. Three weeks later I received the product in the mail with the instructions on how to cancel and be refunded. I called the 866 number only to be told I had to send an email to them. I am not a rich person and I need this $89.90 back asap!

bank account charged illegally
Ordered Maxcolon for free shipping and recieved product with torn piece of paper to get RMA # and customer service numer. Called customer service and stated computers down so no help. Tried to cancel within alotted time but couldn't get assistance. Account has already been charged $89.95 and trouble getting refund. I think a BIG, BIG scam!!!

Well, I was mislead by the company in my opinion because they did not give me a chance to try the product, which I know know is bunk but they ripped the money out of my hands before I could cancel this joke of a product. If I don't see My money returned I will go furture with this because Ive been ripped off way to many times in the past and I'm saying NO MORE...

payment
I ordered the free trial and canceld it about a week after. I never even received the free trial untill friday the 9th of may and they had already charged me for the next month. I cancelled the same day i canceled tha alli berry.

I called and cancelled the order and I still received the prodect and I have been billed for it.
I talked to my doctor about this product and I was told it is not healthy. I called and told them not to send me the colon cleanse and I was told I would be taken off their mailing list but I still have reveived their product and I credit card has been billed for it.
I am going to call them again and tell them I will be sending their colon cleanse back to them and also tell them Dr. Tretil told me it is not healthy for my body. I am also going to call my card company and have my card flag on their product. I will warn all my e-mail friends that this is a true on line scam.

unsauthorized use of credit card
This is my second attempt to get my charges reversed I would to talk to a live person instead of e-mails. My account has been charged 3 times in the amount of $89.95 i would like my funds back in my account in 24hrs or i will contact the Better Business Bureau.

rip off!!!!!!!
do not ordered trial sample!!! i haven't even received the product and they charged my account!!! 89.95 plus 5.95 plus 1.00 plus .08 for crossing border, this company has only been in business since Apr 09!!! I guarantee they won't be in business in Apr 10!!!
what a way to do business!! no phone#'s, only call center.
