After trying the Maximizer CRM10 product with a free trial, we agreed to buy the server version of CRM10. We paid them using a Master Card debit card from what is now Chase Bank. Not only did Maximizer not send us the product but Chase and Master Card refused to help us. I provided copies of a letter that I wrote to the Maximizer CEO, I provided copies of the many long distance phone charges plus a day by day diary of attempts to contact Maximizer.
Maximizer refused to return all of my many, many calls and after answering one call, failed to call back with a techical support person at an agreed upon time.
Their documentation is as good as non existant, because it is so poor. The technical support people admited this during the free trial period.
BEWARE, BEWARE of Maximizer and their lies!!!
I paid in full for their sofware in October 2008 and as of this writing in Mar 2009, I have never received the Maximizer CRM product.
