This is not a reputable company and should be shut down
On March 17, 2004 my husband ordered a product called Extenze. This was on TV. When he order the company took out their money and shortly thereafter he recived his product. This product was a big joke. So anyone reading this please beware. On May the 5th he canceled his orders with the company on May the 17th the company took another payment out of our account and mail out another order my husband called them. Valerie told him to send back the product and they would put his refund back in the bank. So my husband retuned the shipment to them. In June they mailed him a form to sign and return for his refund and stated it would take 30 days. Well the time passed no refund. We called on Sept. 13th Talked to Glen on this day. He said the refund would be there in a few days. On Oct. 15th still no refund called the company and talked to Valerie again she said yes a refund was due in Aug. so therefore it would be a few days. So today Jan 14, 2005 while going thru old bills I called the company again and ask to talk to the Manger well someone just hung up on me. I called back and ask for the manger again I talked to Glen who told me youl"ll get your refund. I told him how long it had been and he said it may take a year or 2 but we would get the refund. Then he hung up on me as before. So please DO NOT buy from this company. This is not a reputable company and should be shut down. They also do take calls at the address you send your information to for your refund. Guess we all learn from this. Do not order with a Credit Card form this Company.

This company is nothing but a big rip off
Ordered the sample of fiberweigh, and then cancelled in the allotted time, but the company sent another two bottles. I sent those two bottles back, requesting a refund and all I got was the runaround...person I spoke too said I would receive the refund, but it never came, and called back and they said the computers were down and would receive it as soon as they were up and running, refund still didnt come, called back and was hung up on. This company is nothing but a big ripoff.

Wont give me a refund
On March 9th, I ordered a sample of FiberWeigh. the charge for tax went through my bank account on march 13th and i recieved my bottle not long after. on march 24th there was a charge on my account from maximizer health products. i called to find out why and they told me they had sent me two more bottles and if i didnt want them i could return them and get a refund. i recieved those bottles on april 10th. i sent them back the next day. around the end of april i got a refund form in the mail from maximizer, so i filled it out and sent it back in early may. by july 2nd i still had no refund, so i called the company and was told that they were sorry but theyd send a note to the processing people and get that refund to me, but that it would take 25-30 days. on August 1st i called and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. Glen got on the phone and i explained to him what was going on. he told me that he was sorry and i would have my refund in 3 weeks.

Today is september 2nd, still no refund. i called today and talked to Glen again. he told me that there was a problem with the processing company and he didnt know how long it would take for me to get my refund. i asked if there was a number for the processing company that i could call and he said no, they dont take customer service calls because theyre too busy tryin to fix their problem. now, im usually a very calm person but i started yelling and told him that the company must not be working TOO hard because ive been waiting since march/april to get my refund. he raised his voice and told me that the records show ive only been waiting since july!!! i told him that was bullsh*t and he asked me to repeat my self. i did, and told him (again) that i was charged for xtra bottles in march and didnt get them til april...etc.. he yelled and said that all the info was on the computer screen. i asked how he figured ive only been waiting since july then, and he said "thats whats on the screen"

In February, my husband ordered a product called Extenze (sp?). The product was charged shortly thereafter. The product was a joke. Let the buyer beware. We sent the product back within the required time frame exactly as we were instructed to do. In April we received a confirmation letter that the company had received the returned product in their facility. This letter goes on to say that if we were requesting a refund (which we did when we sent the product back) we must completely fill out the form at the bottom of the letter, sign and return it to the refund processing department. We sent this back, completed as instructed, the following day. We waited and waited and still no refund. We called the company and were told that they were sorry but there was a problem in process ing the refund. We called repeatedly and have been hung up on more times than I can count. Rather than addressing the problem, the company simply hangs up on you. On July 28th we called and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. Glen got on the phone and i explained to him what was going on. He told me that he was sorry and that the problem should be resolved within 30 days. We called again at the end of 30 days and were told to wait another 30 days. Today is October 6th, still no refund. I called today and talked to Valerie. She told me that there was a problem with the processing company and that she didnt know how long it would take for us to get our refund. I asked if there was a number for the processing company that I could call and she said no, they dont take customer service calls. My husband has dealt dilligently with these people with more patience than I would have been capable of and we are both at the end of our rope. This is NOT a reputable company and should be shut down. DO NOT buy from this company.
