extra charges
I ordered the free trial and agreed to pay the postage, on the same day thet they charged the postage they also charged $89.95 for a 3 month supply, they have not replied to any emails, I asked them to cancel the order 3 days after placing the order ( within the 10 day time limit hidden in the fine print ) they have not refunded my money, they have not sent the product, I recommend caution before ordering, there appears to be lots of satisfied customers, I wonder if these are actual customers ? If they do not get and action emails from customers, how can they get emails that praise the product ?

how to contact to stop shipments & billings
I have tried to cancel shipments and billings to no avail. A letter to the processing center and the distributor went unanswered and shipments and billings for this Maximum Burn stuff continue. HELP!

I Have Been Scammed
I too have been scammed for my money. About 3 to 4 months ago, I ordered the diet products for Acai-berry. Paid for it on my credit card and have received nothing but other colon cleansers from the Netherlands. Then only recently received 'Maximum Burn' diet pills supposedly from Acai berry. No damn information on this stuff and now I'm angry angry angry because I got conned. Sent emails and all I got was 'When did I send payments? and then I get this 'We do not sell Acai berry'.
So where the hell is my money, you scammers?!!! Never again.

They do not allow you to open the bottle to try it.
I order free trial maximum burn extreme and was only for $4 because it was a trial product then i found out that this company took from my credit card 84.00, and i 've been try to call this company but all the contacts numbers that been given are unavailable so please help out to get my money back and stop this company taking my money from my credit card thank you.
I mean come on people, if it is a free trial that means, open the product, try the product for however many days you give us, if it does not work for you, then, that is it. We should be able to reach the company, tell you it did not work for me and do not bill me for it. Instead you send the product, want us to look at the bottle as our free trial and send it back unopened telling you it did not work. How can we say it does not work unless we open the bottle, take it as stated and see the results. How retarded can you be people. Your ad should read get a bottle of our product to look at it for free. Do not open it or we will bill you for it. I need my money back from you retards.

debt account not authorised
This company has direct debited from my account twice with NO authority at all I ordered the trial nothing else and they are taking money from my card that they are not entitled to. I have contacted my card supplier and they have cancelled the card to stop them taking anymore! Can't show you statement as online has frozen my account so I can't access until my new card arrives

Unauthorized charges on credit card and evasive promises of refund.
I didn't even order this product. I was actually ordering a product called Lean Spa with Acai. My credit card with charged with several charges $2.97, $1.50 and finally $87.83 for a product I never ordered. It may have been some sort of deceptive pop-up that wouldn't let me out of one order without unknowingly placing an order for this product. At any rate, I contacted them, was given a return merchandise authorization number (only after going through 3 people with accents so thick I could hardly make out what they were saying.
I returned the product to the address given me in Chicago, Illinois. I was told it would take up to ten business days to credit the money back to my account. Unfortunately, this has not happened yet. The only phone number you have are the two listed on the Nutrigenic Life LLC in Hollywood, Florida...same people with foreight accents, only this time, their "computers are down and I need to call back in a couple of hours."

Company Refuse to Refund
October 12, 2010 I received a package in the mail, It contained a bottle of maximum burn in it and I had no idea why I was receiving it. The package contained no shipping information, no order form/receipt document etc...just a bottle. I set it off to the side and didn't think much else of it. On October 20, 2010 I was balancing my credit card account and noticed a charge for 87.47 in addition I had been charged 1.49 on October 5th and 2.95 October 6th 2010. I was shocked and using to phone number that showed up on my credit card statement I contacted Maximum Burn. I spoke with a female that told me the system was down and to call back in an hour. I insisted that I speak with a supervisor and was told none was available. I hung up and called back immediately and spoke with Blair, I explained my situation and again asked for a refund. I was told that none would be provided and for the first time made aware that this was a reoccurring charge and that I would be charged 87.47 each month. Horrified and angry I demanded that I speak with a supervisor and was refused then she hung up, oh and by the way the system was never down.
I called back and spoke with Chuck who after listening to my complaint he said that he would send me an email that will explain how to cancel the product and stop shipment. It seemed as though I had finally got through to them. I hung up and immediately went to my email account and after reading the terms I was more angry then before. The email suggest that I agree to a 45% restocking fee once they receive the unused product. Are you kidding me! Pay you a restocking fee on a product that I don't know how I got in the first place. I was livid. I noticed that the dates were not adding up. They claim I ordered it on the 4th of Oct, they processed and shipped it on the 7th of Oct I received it on the 12th of Oct and was charged the full price on the 15th of Oct. The company claims I received my 10 day trial period. This is mad, whats really crazy is our legal system allows this kind of theft and supports it fully. I spent an additional $50.00 to get advise from an attorney and was told that according to consumer protection laws that this company can used shipping time as time during the trial period. What the F%$%K is going on in this Country. We allow companies like this to rip off our citizen. Greed!!! We are in an election year, we need to make our voices heard.
I called again on the 25th of October and voiced my complaints to Tammy, she got a mouth full I must say cause seems like everyone at that company is rude. I told her that I did not receive any receipt document or proof of purchase materials not even instructions on how to use the product. She said " the system was not designed to give receipts" Wow what the hell! She continued to tell me she had all my information but she refused to send me any copies. We need to have the consumer laws made clearer with no loop holes.
I immediately contacted my bank and closed my account and processed a reversal of these erroneous charges.

maximum burn xtreme bought it on line. We when i received the trial month supply it was not what i thought and immediatly called and cancled the order(the day i received the product) So what did the jerks do they took money out of my account and the trial period was 1 (ONE) month know these BIG A&& JERKS are giving me the run around DONT BUY SHI** from theas people and I will call everyday until get someone who can speek my language and understand they took my money and that was not authorized...
