Unauthorize use of credit card
I ordered the free sampled and received the charged of 3.95 plus 2.00 dollars on my credit card of international charge plus now without my permission they went ahead and charged my card and 88.18 dollar charge on my card I would like them to return that amount asap I did not even have the trial pills for 3 days.It would put me in the whole in my bank account and then who is going to pay for that? plus I only live on ss a month this is not fair to people like me nor the other people that they are taking advantage from.Another thing is I DID NOT give them permission to take out that amount what is wrong with these people that they think they have the right to do these things. well to their surprise i called every number there is and no one answered so i turned to my bank and they told me to cancel everything and they will go after these people but here is the thing the my bank should not be the ones that goes after these people these people should be stopped asap and they should not be selling these products and be allowed to be able to take our cards any time and charge them with out our permission we want our money back and not to take out any more. the 2.oo international money should not have been taken out neither. for the 3.95 shipping and handling should just been it. I guess the next step will be is to call the police and the better business bureau and the fraud division and see what then can happen to these people.

The free trial is only 10 days, and then they start charging you a recurring fee of $87
This is a complete scam. The free trial is only 10 days, and then they start charging you a recurring fee of $87. You can get your money back within 10 days. The only problem is that you won't receive the product before the 10 days are up. “Too late for you, sucker!!!” I guess they say blame the post office, but that is just so messed up.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECIVED MY ORDER. THEN ON 11/13/2010 THEY TOOK OUT $87.13 AT WHICH TIME I CAME UN GLUED CAUSE I HADN'T EVEN RECIEVED THEM LET ALONE TRIED THEM. unauthorized charge to credit card
While I did order this free trial (cost was under $2.00) I did not expect to be charged for over $90 in a couple of days. I think this is a scam. If they were going to give a product away to try then you should know right up front that you will have to pay for the whole bottle within a few days. I would never have ordered it. In fact, I tried to take it for only one day and was very ill. I tried calling the number on my credit card, always busy, the number on the bottle, no longer in service. Anyway, ten days to try a product isn't enough time for anyone to find out it they can tolerate it.I would like to return the bottle, onlyy two capsules misisng. It is a very dangerous product.

Biggest Con
I purchased this produce and also 'Cleanse Aware' through a website that I now can not trace! I have been trying to get hold of the originators to get monies back and to prevent any further charges.
I have sent an email to an address that purported to be advising me of my 'complimentary' gifts to try and cancel the order and to obtain a refund of $99 that was charged to my debit card without any authority (this was on top of the postal charges that I was expecting for the products that I eventually received!). I got no response from my email and my banking protection that I would use to claim my refund can not help unless I can find and print out that first screen showing what I was ordering and the payment and cancellation terms.
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction to find the website?

SCAMMERS
I ordered the product, and got charged an extra $90 for it. I called them so many times to cancel and all I get is a busy signal. Now they even charged me a service charge on top of it. I am going to cancel my visa card. This company are scam artists. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

charged after cancelation
I ordered this product on 11/6/2010 and cancelled it on 11/10/2010 for a free trial offer. I was later charged for $87.13. Now I cannot get through on the phone number and cannot find the website any longer to send in the free trial agreement to my credit card company which they have to have in order to collect the money or cancel any future charges. What can I do??

CHARGED CC WHEN SUPPOSE TO BE FREE
I wanted to try a product with Acai Berry in it for the antioxidants more than weight loss. I signed on to receive a month supply for free, just had to pay shipping. When I received my visa bill, they had charged me the shipping but also charged $87.13 for the month supply.

Fraud orders
Company steals money from customers by not allowing you to cancel orders. I called to cancel the order after my first bad experience of having 81.78 charged to me after the 7 day trial period. They said they would send a link to cancel which they did. Month later - charges. Called them back and claimed I had never called them. Wouldn't let me talk to management at all. Month later charges again this time with no product shipped. These folks are committing fraud all over the place and the state government in Fl needs to shut these guys down. Have contacted an attorney to see if I can get a lawsuit against them but don't think they will let you talk to anyone. Have now had to close my personal accounts to stop further transacitons.
