Unauthorized charge
I ordered this product through the web as it was advertized as being free ( a trial offer). Thus, I was charged 2.95$ US on October 25th 2010 and 1.49$ US on October 28th 2010. These amounts were the ones advertized on the web site so I am not disputing them. However, on November 5th, I was charged 87.13$ US and this charge was never authorized. I tried to sort this out by calling the phone number that was listed on my credit card account. The first called was placed Friday Nov. 7th and I was told by a customer service rep that their systems were done and therefore, they could not access my information. I tried to reach them several times today (1-800-32o-2983), and their is no answer: it takes a long time to connect and then, I get a busy signal.

I would not have purchased this product had I been aware that it would cost me 87$. That was not whatwas advertized on their web site and there was no fine print mentionning this charge either.

I believe this is the web site were it was purchased: https://www.mydietmaxcleanse.com/amcv2b/Lead.aspx?B=262&A=233&SubAffiliateID=16856-ABT

Credit Card Charges
How can you say it is a trial bottle, tell your customer that you have 10 days to try it out before your card will be charged and then not get them the product to try out until after the 10 days? On top of which, when you DO call to cancel, their computers are constantly down, and then you find out they can't cancel you on the phone. I am supposed to get an e mail from them and jump thru the hoops. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!! Both the company and the product are total rip offs!!!

Dietary Supplement
I ordered the online trial for Maximum burn xtreme for weight loss as seen on t.v. I was billed for the two bottles I only recieved 1 bottle, when I tried to contact them to cancel my subscription all the numbers were disconnected. I just gave birth to triplets so im eager to drop some weight & I was willing to try this product because of how it has been rated on television. It does not work and it is a waste of money.
This company is NOT legitimate, they will keep taking unauthorised payments from your account & you will not be able to communicate with them to stop the billing.
If you have given them your credit card details, you need to cancel your card as soon as possible and try and lodge a despute for a refund with your bank.
These scams will change company names but will be ran by the same kind of thieves so beware when ordering online.
You can buy Acai berry from stores or from legitimate sellers on ebay although it is only an energy suppliment not a miracle pill.

Fraud
I ordered a "free trial" for the price of shipping at the beginning of September. The product didn't come until I had called two times, the second to cancel (beginning of October.) The charge of $87.47 + a $2.62 foreign transaction fee appeared on my Sept. bill. The second agent promised me he would see to it that a credit of $20 would be credited to my card for the "inconvenience." The product finally arrived, more than one month after I had ordered it, so I paid the charge. However, this month, I find another $87.47 charge, + $2.95 shipping fee plus another $2.70 foreign transaction fee for this same product, which I DID NOT order--because the product does not work. There was also no $20 credit. It appears I will have to cancel my card in order to stop these charges, but I shall also notify our state attorney general, and that of Florida.

scam
I ordered the "free Trial" of the Maximum Burn for weight loss. I paid the shipping charges by providing my debit card. Before I even received my product I noticed a pending transaction for $87.87 on my bank statement, and when I received my product there were no invoices, no paperwork. this is a very bad SCAM!!! ..

fraud
I placed my order on 10/5 for a 10 day trial. I didn't receive my order until the 9th day. When I checked my account on the 9th day, I had already been billed $87 plus change in addition to my shipping fee. I called them the next day to cancel the order and my account because I didn't get my 10 day trial. I was told that the order was canceled within the 10 day period and that I would be refunded the amount when I responded to an Order Modification Information email. I responded immediately to the email but I was still billed in full. When I called to correct the error they told me that I had called to cancel on the same day that I was billed (the 10th day) and once I was billed, there is a no refund policy. It was difficult to communicate because noone spoke clear English. But after being on the phone over an hour, disconnected twice, and ultimately speaking to 3 reps and 3 supervisors, they would not correct the error. This company is dishonest and something should be done to hold them accountable. If anyone has any suggestions, please contact me at [email protected].

Difficulty in contacting & cancelling
I requested a free 10 day trial of their product but when I tried to find out the order status at the number provided of 800-3202983, all I received was a busy signal. When I subsequently received the order which already was close to the end of the trial period, I tried calling their number on the website of 1-888-6540959 and similarly just received a busy signal.
