CREDIT CARD SCAM
Ordered "free" trial offer on 10/1/2010 and was supposed to have 10 days to cancel BUT my credit card was charged $87.47 on 10/8/2010. When I called to cancel on 10/11/2010 I was told I couldn't as they count the day you order as the first day! (I didn't even receive the product until 10/8) I had to speak to 3 different "supervisors" and after telling them I would dispute it with my bank and make sure everyone on Internet saw how disreputable their company was I was finally told by Jackie Lopez, ID# 021 (who stated she was the "escalation" manager) that my credit card would be credited...based on all the complaints on here it looks like they were probably lying about credit. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A CREDIT CARD SCAM and should be prosecuted by the FLORIDA ATTY GENERAL!

Refunds and delivery
I have been calling since 8/30/10 to have shipment and payments stopped! They not only did not stop payment, they shipped the product again and billed me AGAIN!!! I have called and spoken to supervisors who "apologize" but are unable to help me...this company needs to be stopped and taken to court for their thievary!! I now have to cancel that card because there is no trust that this company will do what they say!!!

10 day free trial scams
I ordered the "free Trial" of the Maximum Burn for weight loss. I paid the shipping charges by providing my debit card. Before I even received my product I noticed a pending transaction for $87.87 on my bank statement, and when I received my product there were no invoices, no paperwork at all providing any phone numbers or details about canceling within 10 days. When I saw that the charge actually went through I phoned the company and was told that I was not eligible for any refund because I used a portion of the product. The representative then proceeded to try and offer me discounts and so called promotional offers on the product. When I told her that I did not want the product and no further shipments of it, she proceeded to tell me that the product isn't designed produce any results until after 10-14 days...so much for a free 10 day trial right! These company's are such scam artists and are getting away with ripping off thousands of people every day! If there is anyone out there that knows where to go to successfully fight these scams, please let me know!

Unauthorized Charges
-Around May 21 2010, I signed up for what I thought was a 30 day free trial.
- On 06/07/10 Incurred a charge from (ColoPureClnz877792Panama 9869) for $87.47
- On 06/21/10 I called to close the account and request a refund. Told to pound sand as it was a 10 day trial. I could get a $20 refund even though the product did not work for me at all
- On 07/16/10 – Incurred a charge from (leanbodyburn888787Panama 9869) for $1.49
- On 09/13/10 – Incurred a charge from (ProfitVault 800256EL TECAL 9869) for $9.76
- it's 09/15/10 and after many calls since June, i've yet to get any money back and the charges keep hitting my account.

Poor Business
My mother-in-law ordered a free trail of Maximum Burn Xtreme thru Diet Max on July 11, 2010. The only cost was to ba a 3.00$ shipping charge to Visa (as they accept no other card). On July 22, 2010 the Visa card was charged 87.47 USD (ten days later). The Visa card was charged another 87.47 USD on August 12, 2010. Today I contacted the company and they informed me that my mother-in-law is not eligible for a full re-imbursement because it is so indicated in the terms and conditions that if the customer does not contact the company to cancel the contract the Visa will be charged monthly and the pills shipped monthly. I also found out, that the Visa was charged on August 12, 2010 but the pills were only shipped ten days later on August 23, 2010. How can a company charge an individual for a product that has yet to be shipped let alone received.

This is a very deceitful company. They also have poor customer service. They talk about customer satisfaction... when I hung up the phone I was more frustrated and irate than prior to the phone call, i also and not at all satisfied.
