Ripping people off
I agree to a free trail of Maximum Burn Xtreme. When I realised that it came from the US. I didn't continue as I am in Australia. I received the trial pack back in June 2010. Her it is the 23rd August and I have just received another without ordering any. On looking back through my bank statements I have found that over the last few months that they have taken $300.00 dollars from my account. The first bottle was free so I have paid $300.00 for one bottle. Now when I am trying to contact them, there is no where to go, no details and the package has no details either. They are scamming me and hundreds of other people.

Pre-charging, refusal to refund
Have just spent an hour speaking with three c.s. reps and one supervisor and they refuse to refund the $87.47 they charged to my debit card four days early, either as a trial cancellation or a straight refund. The supervisor refused to give me any information on how to speak to her supervisor. They claim a ten day trial period, the terms and conditions on their website state 14 days. They claimed it wasn't their website, but I called them with the phone number listed there, and matched the shipped from address before making the last call... and they were able to access my account information. DON'T GET TAKEN BY THIS SCAM!

unauthorized charges
Ged-ay from down under! Like all of you, I to have been stung with this immoral scam. I clicked on and agreed to trial Diet max pills. They sent me Maximum Burn Xtreme instead! After 9 days, I tried to cancel my trial order because I had not received my trial order but the e-mail bounced back stating it tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. I then tried calling the Australian number but it had been disconnected. 11 days later I received the wrong pills and they had already taken out money for the next batch. I tried to cancel this transaction from the bank but was informed that because I had agreed, there was nothing I or they could do!

I was then informed to write them a letter to cancel my order and for them to stop billing/further payments from my account. The bank could only then ring visa to try and stop further transactions. I asked about cancelling my card and again informed that they could withdraw the required amount. I said 'what if I don't put any more money in that account!' The bank said they could hire an external auditor to collect the moneys owing and that would be billed to you. Bloody Hell!!! These people know how to prey on and squeeze every cent and then some out of the average person trying to lose weight.

I have tried what A_V suggested and it went through (had to put the password in lower case but) but no e-mail confirming yet! Will keep you posted!!!

Not a Happy Aussie :-( Tony B.

No Refund
I DID NOT agree to the terms & DID NOT agree with anything further than the Trial of this product. I think it's unlawful & doesn't say very much for the integrity of your product if you have to use "fine print" in order to peddle this crap!!! I don't think a $20 refund when you've already taken $85 or so from my account is much of a money-back guarantee. I called on the 1st day as I was about to order your 2nd advertised product for the colon cleanse & then saw the box to check to okay a subscription, but I DID NOT do so when I ordered the 1st & when I realized what a scam it was, called & immediately tried to cancel. I also talked with ANDI then. I don't want a partial refund. I want the full amount refunded & will return your VERY EXPENSIVE TRIAL bottle!!! I want my TOTAL amount refunded and have not even opened the bottle!!!

"Free" trial offer order placed for herbal supplement and before receiving product my credit card was charged full amount of $87.47. On contacting co. they advised trial offer was valid for only 10 days so full amount was charged for item...sounds like a major scam to me
