didn't receive now being billed for more
i ordered a trial product online for $2.95 and you were suppose to contact them in 10 days to cancel the product. however the # 8886540959 would answer but the recorded info said "we are extremely busy at this time please call back at a later time, never giving you an option to call back. i called them 33 different times during the next month after i received my first bill on my credit card (which by the way was past my 10 days). i still never received any product or info in anyway from them even by email until the first week in January. received an email saying my product was shipped i called the number on the email (which by the way was the same number as before and it was still the same recording. Now i received my second credit card statement and i have a $87.13 bill from kmassist.com sith a new phone #8669425246 which after a 34 minute wait a live person answers the call telling me that during the holidays they were extremely busy and since I didn't call them n 10 days i am penalized and have to pay for this product which i still have not received as of january 21, 2011

Crdit card charge before i recieved product. 3 wks. after talking to their rep. i still have not recieved product
I purchase their free sample thinking I only needed to pay postage, before I recieved the product I was billed $89.oo to my credit card. I called them and taled to a rep. Told that I only had 10 days from order to quit there program. The rep said there was a problem with my mailing address and therefore they would knock $20.00 off the price and would give me the next month free. What an idiot I am I believed the rep. 1 month later a still have no product just a charge to my account. My bill from my cred. card said they were paying an overseas business on Cypress.
