As a retired service technician of 35 years you can say, I've been around the block a time or two. Christopher Cox is one of the fairest boss you could have. There are clear, that's right CLEAR guidelines. Nothing unfair or unreasonable just clear (and very upfront) Show up on time, in uniform, clean, take care of your truck, don't steal, etc. in my opinion you need to be a dishonest person the actually get fired from Maximum. I see that Maximum is growing as I constantly see their new trucks on the road! I'm proud of you and to have been a part of Maximums success. Go Green!
