I bought a system from these guys in Jan 99 - long before I knew about this website. I ordered a P2-400 with the Boston Acoustics sound system upgrade for an additional $79. I got a P2-350 with defective RAM and NO SOUND whatsoever even though I got charged for it. When I called, tha sales department made me feel like it was my fault and said that I ordered the wrong system. If I wanted to exchange it, I had to pay for the return shipping ($120). I decided not to bother but demended that they send me the Boston Acoustics speakers and subwoofer as promised when I initially made my purchase. Two weeks later, I received a package containing USED Sun speakers. For those of you who don't know, the SUN speakers are those cheap things that only the lowest quality systems come with - the retail price for these speakers is $9! I paid $79 for a sound system upgrade and got this instead. I was so frustrated that I simply gave up and never called them again. Hard lesson learned! Would not reccomend this company to anyone. I don't even know if they are in business anymore - their website is down. I hope and pray that they are gone for good and didnt just close shop and start operating under a different name.
