Purchased a brand new washer, Neptune, Model#MAH21PDD for $1500. Coin operated, they claimed to be good for commercial use for 20 years. It's less than 2 years, broke three times, and now broken beyond repair. Called Maytag, they basically bounce me around with many different department, and no one can offer any real help. Can not buy warranty, service guy came and says it's beyond repair.
