Well, I bought this new refrigerator in 9/08 and waiting for my 3rd service call for the same complaint ! Started in 4/09 coming home from spring break to frozen milk, and vegs in the refrigerator, water leaking from back of unit to basement from broken H2O line. I reset temp to 40 and wait 3 days for repair guy, temp in unit when he arrive was 32, he said it was the temp control od side of door??? well in 5/09 I woke up to frozen milk for cereal again, another call to Maytag wait 3 days for service by a different company, and this time temp was 34 in frig when set at 38, he replace a part inside and fixed my H2O line no charge, Nice guy but really didn`t want to see him again in less than a month.Today again Frozen milk and the vegs& fruit are getting frozen as well . I complained to Maytag service that I`m MAD that this is 3 times in 4 monhs for the same problem, they told me they fix it as it it is still under waranty, they don`t replace refrigators .All I can think of is that stupid comercial about the loney Maytag repairman what a joke! I`m calling the company again in the AM to see if I can talk to a manager or some one other than a CS person!
