UNAUTHORISED CHARGES INTO MY CREDIT CARD
This company's advert gave an impression that it was an authentic company distributing genuine software download that could enhance my computer's performance. While filling their form, at a point, I became suspicious and canceled the application before final submission. But to my surprise today, I discovered over £50.00 has been debited to my credit card in favour of the company without buying any software download.

My Chase MC has been charged $52.89 for the past two months, but I don't know why. Please investigate and advise what the charges are for.

Unauthorized charges
I paid 49.96 for a i tunes download from mb contact.com. Was unable to download anything when I called the contact number they say they only do the billing. Have contacted my bank now to dispute the charge.

They are a bunch of cheats.
I wanted a subscription from MB CONTACTS for Movie downloads and subscribed - they plainly stated that there was 7 day cancellation clause applicable. The cost was £38.40 which we can ill afford.
Ha Ha don't let this fool you- I tried to cancel but they just ignored my emails and contined to send useless worthless emails explaining the system to me.
Don't use these guys you will lose your money like I did !

anti virus download
On Fri Oct 2008 I was looking on the internet, for a new anti virus download. when I came across MB CONTACT.COM offering a anti virus complete downoad with spyware. for £5.16 GBP. this was supposed to be a secure website.On downloading this heap of junk, which was incomplete, with the added bonus of 49 viruses. also the charge to my credit card was £25.86.
I have sent several e/mails to this so called company. but guess what they don't reply back.
I warn everybody, do not use this company. they are fraudsters, who will seriously damage your computer. my advice go to a retail store, to purchase, it may be more expensive, but its cheaper in the long run.
