MB Hot Planet charged $24.99 on my account Nov. 14, 2008. I went to my bank and they took care of it right away and I had the money back in my account in couple of days. Then I got a letter from my bank saying, if I don't close the account and it happens again, they may not be liable. I had no choice, but to close my account of ten years.

A check in the amount of $24.95 was electronically minused from my account. I had not ordered anything and I do not pay bills online. I went to my bank who made a call to the above phone number and it was a call number and the person we spoke to did not know of any company call MB Hot Planet. A refund is suppose to be made for the 24.95 and I was advised to call our local Better Business Bureau. My bank is keeping an eye on my account.

Spoke with Debora (Rep # 027) She told me like everyone else says that they are only a billing company. I was defrauded $39.95 She wouldn't give me any more information and told me if I suspected fraud I must email them at [email protected]
This is SO OUTRAGEOUS! I can't believe this can happen.

Unauthorized debit of 39.99 for an adult website. How did these people get my account number?

Fraudulent check cashed on my account for $39.99, I havent lived at that address for 3 years, I havent written checks on this account in at least 6 years
