DEBIT FRAUD
On 10-29-2008 MB Hot Planet took it upon themselves to debit my account $29.99. I have never done business with this company nor have I given my bank/routing numbers out to anyone online. Thankfully, I sat down to do my finances on November 1, 2008 and was able get a handle on this before too much time passed. My bank will refund me the money in 2 working days and have frozen my account. It has been very inconvenient and frustrating, but it seems to be taken care of.

unauthorized debit
I also was a victim of this scam with the date of my autodraft check being 10/29/08. I have recently submitted the compaint to the FBI fraud department and also to my bank for a refund in my account.
I called the number listed on the fake check and it rang over 20 times with no answer or automated or human voice picking up.

Unauthorized withdrawl
Just adding my name to the list of people that had a debit to my bank account for $39.99 on 10-20-08. I had not authorized any such payment and have no idea what this "business" is.

Unauthorized charges to my checking account
There was an unauthorized charge of $34.95 to my checking account. I did not approve this charge and have never heard of the company!

Fraudulent Debit
I just received a debit in my checking account from a company named MB Hot Planet for $39.99. I have never heard of this company and I called the number 866-572-5111 and I told the woman that the charge was fraudulent and she at least said that the money would be refunded to my bank. I'm on hold with my bank right now. Can't believe they allowed this charge to go through. What the heck is this MB Hot Planet company anyway??? How are they getting away with this?

Unauthorized debiting of account
$34.95 was just debited from my account on Oct. 10, 2008. I have no idea who MB Hot Planet is, so I called the 1-866-572-1111 number that I saw along with the debit. A woman answered, and I told her that I have never purchased anything from this company, and that I demand a refund. She said she would take care of it and also mentioned that it was a subscription that she would cancel immediately. My $34.95 would be refunded in 7-10 business days. I am closing my account with that bank, but not before I tell them what happened to me and the reason I will no longer be doing business with them.
