I received what I thought was an email from Adobe regarding a free system upgrade. During going through the process of downloading, I relased that this was a chargeable purchase from a different company (adobe-pdf2009.biz) and I exited the webpage before completing or confirming the order. Despite this, I discovered a subsequent debit from my credit card and both MBdetails and the product company have failed to reply to any of my emails asking for a refund.

i thought i was purchasing limewire pro for a certain cost. I recieved frostwire which is free and the cost was higher than the original price. tho companys "contact us" business number did not even work. I also filed a complaint with the company in their area on website for disputes, no reply as of yet. these people are thieves, decieving and should be prosecuted.

I was supposed to be getting the new Itunes online. They are posing as i Tunes support. I signed up for a year support and the price was 2.99. I got billed for 29.88!!! I don't even think the website is legit.
