Motor Repair Insurance Private Bag X99 Brynston 2021 Hi I have purchased a Volvo S40 T4 two years ago in which I have purchased additional repair insurance. I have since tried to make two claims from this insurance and both times they find some excuse not to pay for any repairs. My first claim was for Suspension bushes which their book say it cover's, they said its a ware and tear item that is not covered. My last claim was a thermostat which the book states it covers, they policy state in order for them to pay for repairs our cars need full service history, My cars service intervals are every 15000km, they state that because I have not been servicing my car every 10000km they will only pay 50% This outrageous, the lose your paper work, they never return your calls, and seem to smuggle away from paying a claim. Please Check into this as I think they must be more then just me that experience this ... I have now cancelled my policy ..
