I am from France and I ordered the free bottle of Power Tea and paid the charge for shipping and handling. It was supposed to be a one time shipment. There was no receipt inside the package. After a few days I was surprised to receive another bottle which I did not ordered, and I really started to worry when my CC was charged for the amount of 110 euros. I have contacted my bank to try stopping these fraudulent charges. Anyone knows if there is legal action beeing taken against these people ? please tell me if you know anything on how to get my money back. Jean-Marie From Calais, France

After reading the review on this product from the Rachel Ray show I visited the website. I decided to try the free 30 day supply of the ACAI NONI. I filled in all information including my credit card number and when I got to the last page and read the fine print about being billed $70+ dollars monthly I decided to cancel my request. I backed through the pages, deleting all my information including my credit card numbers and closed all windows. I recently received a supply of pills with no invoice etc. of which I know after reading all the complaints I will be billed for. I cancelled my credit card and advise all of you to do the same. Mailing back the product and requesting a refund is not going to work. CANCel your cards immediately.Hope this helps.

I took a free offer of Acaiaslim from MBM&F ( free they said but charged me £6.95). They have since charged me other amounts which I have queried with my credit card company. The credit card company is looking into this for me, however I have today received more tablets which I don't want. I am sending these back, but don't know what to do next to stop this.

I started to order this product, then decided to cancel it and logged out, without authorizing the final sale, i.e. the final SUBMIT BUTTON; however, I my card was charged, I received the delivery, and they continue to deliver and I want them to STOP! They continue to sent the delivieries, and there is no current address, phone number, etc. to get a hold of them on. I keep getting billed for this, and it is a SCAM! I did not order it, and DO NOT WANT IT! Please stop them from delivering it to me:

I ordered a trial sample of acaia-slim diet pills. I was instructed to give the usual information-name, address, credit card#. When I clicked on 'submit order' it indicated that my credit card would be charged $4.99 to cover the shipping & handling. There was not any information on the website about how to order more if needed, a phone number of the company or how to contact the company.

I tried the product and found that it did nothing for me. I threw the remainder of the bottle away. After a month or so, another bottle arrived in the mail. I was certain that they had changed my credit card so I went back on the website to try to find a way to contact the company. After a lengthy search of the website, I found the word 'terms' in very small letters at the very bottom of the page! Way past the 'click here to submit'

After reading the terms, I was alarmed to find that they were going to send me bottle every month & change my credit card a whopping $79.95 plus shipping. In addition to that they also signed me up with a company by the name of Fit Factory that was going to be charging my credit card $19.95. Unbelievable. None of this information was noted anywhere on the website that any normal person could see.

I immediately called my credit card company only to find that not only had they charged me $79.95 for the second bottle but also for the first bottle that was supposed to be $4.99. I have filed a dispute.

I will never make this mistake again. I only hope that others do not fall victim to this company. They are very mis leading!
