I purchased two pairs of MBT sneakers for a total of 191.98. I should have known better when I saw the price but went ahead and made the purchase. When I received the sneakers I noticed the package has Chinese writing on it I opened it and they were obviously not actual MBT's. I returned both of them not only were they fake they ran small. I paid about 60.00 in shipping once they finally gave me a good address to ship them to and its been since May 2010 and I still have not received the credit back. I have contacted them at least 30 times through email and I did find a phone number but the male on the other end was as helpful as the supports staff they require you to go through for any complaints. Top it off they charge a 25% restocking fee although the website states 15%, I guess thats pointless anyway since I have not received a penny back from them.

Is it safe to assume there is no way to remove the website? I am still able to get onto it and attempted to post a review but apparently the customer reviews get reviewed before they allow you to post them and as you can imagine my review is not on there. I did contact my credit card co and they gave me a credit back which is fine but how can this "company" continue to sell products when they keep ripping so many people off??? Never but from mbt outlet-store!
