Purchased online MBT sandles for my wife through MBTshoesales.com. Web site looked professional and gave the impression they were based in USA. Paid by Mastercard - transaction was done in Cyprus! Shoes arrived but very bad fitting. Contacted MBTshoesales who recommended we sell them on ebay. After some time tooing and froing emails we decided we were not getting very far with them so put them on ebay for 2 weeks. No sale. So we finally agreed with MBTshoesale to send them back - this was after many emails and being persistent. We finally got their address and a name - Xu Cong. Sent them back but were held in Chinese Customs who required paperwork from the original shipping from MBTshoesale to prove they were being returned. They refused or could not supply this paperwork so the shoes where, in their words -ABANDONED. Now because MBTshoesale have technically not recieved the sandles they are not refunding. WE completed our side of the bargain by returnig the sandles but they still imply we did not return them. Now I even doubt that they would have refunded if they had recieved them. So now we have lost around £90 and the sandles also. So DO NOT PURCHASE FROM 'MBTshoesale'. THE ARE SELLING FAKE SHOES!
