they always seem to forget to add the add ons but always charge!! another thing i usually stop on my way to work quickly and leave right after y order is complete and as im drivin i taste the soda and its always bad!!

Husband went through drive thru and ordered a a Mcdouble, Mcchicken and small fries. Before leaving he checked the bag to make sure both sandwhiches and fries were there cause we all know how the things out of our ordered. To his luck it was all there. He drove off and headed for his next job site 30 miles away. He ate the Mcdouble first then preceded to unwrap the Mcchicken to eat but to his surprise someone had already eaten to very noticeable bites. How nasty is this??? It could not have been returned food cause we all know that returned food goes straight to the trash, so we think. And also pretty sure that it could not have been an employees lunch that was mistakenly wrapped and given out because employees are not suppose to eat behind the counter, we hope. So really how could this happen? Beats me!!!I told my husband he is lucky that he unwrapped it before he ate it. Me on the other hand i fold my paper down and would have been really pissed if i would have eaten it and then found out someone else had eaten part first.

I often patronize Mc Donalds of Batesville (at least once a week). I have a 9 yr old son which would explain as to why I am there so often. So we can safely say that I have visited there 52 times within the last year and I am very familiar with this establishment. During the last year I have watched this resturant go DOWN HILL ----FAST. The playland is suppose to have video games in it, they have been broken and not repaired for over 6 months. Numerous times (too many to keep count) I have been in the restrooms and they are nasty. Rings in the bottom of the toilet, wast paper in the floor and I honestly don't believe the employees that are in charge of cleaning knows the meaning of disinfectant cleaners-the odor and appearance can tell all!
I am honestly not a person who complains about much at all. I have worked with the public a lot, I understand how difficult it is to keep things in order and clean all the time. This is over the top though- I don't expect the same nasty toilet ring to stay in the toilet from one week to the next. I also expect that if I am going to spend at least $10.00 every time I visit this resturant because my son wants to play in playland that the toys should be in working order at least half of the time that I am there.

Hi I am a regular customer at this McDonalds on Saturday mornings and always notice the manager in a bad mood, otherwise I would say this might be a one off. I ordered a Sausage and Egg Meal which came without a hash brown. When I went back to explain it I was treated with great suspicion and was made to wait there for ages while all the previous orders were checked to see if i had ordered a meal, or just the separate items. I found this pretty insulting, and when it was shown that a mistake had indeed been made I was handed the hash brown without so much as an apology like I had caused inconveinience. I just though McDonalds would like to know about this employee as I know they are proud of their customer service.

About a month ago, my mother and I went to this McDonald's one morning after she came home from work. When we went in and ordered from the counter, my mother asked the cashier, who barley spoke a word of english, what was on their breakfast burrito the McSkillet . The cashier told her eggs, sausage and cheese. So my mother and I both ordered the McSkillet breakfast combo. When our order was ready, I went up to the counter and got the tray and sat back down with my mother. When my mother unwrapped the McSkillet burritos she saw it has onions and peppers on it. She told me she was not able to eat it because of the peppers. So while I ate mine she went back up to ask for a sausage McMuffin instead of the burrito. When she came back and sat down she was very upset, on the verge of crying. I ask her what happened and she told me when she told the cashier, who served us about the peppers on the burrito, the cashier said she should of ordered something else. My mom told her that she had asked her what was on it and the cashier had told her only eggs, sausage and cheese. The cashier told my mom that she should have looked up at the menu and seen what was on it in the picture. Mind you its about 3ft back and 6ft up from the front counter and my mom's legally blind. So after the cashier gave my mother an attitude my mother asked to speak to the manager. The manager told my mother the same thing the cashier told her, and when my mom told her that she was not able to tell what was on the burrito based on the picture, the manager, Sharon, gave her an attitude as well. Then the manager stopped the cashier from throwing my mom's burrito away, telling her not to waste it, when it already had a bite out of it. The worst part was they yelled at her infront of a line of customers that were behind my mom waiting to order and a room full of customers that were sitting there eating, and when we called the main office and complained, they didn't call us back for a week. My mom had to call them back and all they did was tell the manager and cashiers to explain the menu better. We will NEVER eat here again. I suggest no one else in Pasadena eats here either.
