As a family we have visited many Mc Donalda all over the world and have never had to make a complaint, While in Dublin yesterday we visited Mc Donalds on O Connel Street.

We ordered 3 meals and tucked in. On finishing his burger my son stated that he had found 2 hairs in it, the first he he had thrown on the floor, the second he returned to the box. I gave out to him for eating the burger as personally I find hair in food quite revolting. I asked him to confirm that they were in the burger and he pulled it out of the box to show me, it was a long hair so definatly didnt belong to him. I couldnt finish my meal as I felt ill on seeing this. I quietly asked a staff member weather or not the people preparing the food were wearing hair nets and explained what had happened, she looked shocked, apologized and took the box away. Some time later a man whom I presum was the manager approached our table and asked if we had a problem, I expained what had happened, He turned to my son and said to him, this is impossible you did not find that hair in ur burger, it does not belong to my staff. I couldnt believe he was accusing a chid of lying. I asked him to explain how the hair got there as the burger was delivered to the table and the only people near it were the person that prepared it and my son whom has short hair. He turned to me and said the staff al had their hair covered and it was not possible. He offered to replace the burger which wasnt much use to us then walked away with no apology. I couldnt believe it how rude and my son was upset because he felt he was accused of lying. The lady I first spoke to actually came over again to apologize and I thanked her for doing so she was very polite unlike the manager.
On leaving we looked into the kitchen to see that only one member of staff had a hair net on and this girl had all her hair up in a bun under a hat with the bun in a net, the rest were wearing hats but had hair sticking out on both sides over their ears so it was quite easy for the hair to get there.
I was disgusted and very dissappointed by the way we were treated

I have gone to this restaurant weekly I normally order the same I pay half on my Credit Card and the rest cash. Today I Drove through 11/23/2008 . So the Manager ( Kim ) tells me it is impossible to do that I said I have done it plenty of times she rudely (not in so many words) calls me a LIAR I have no need to lie they have done it otherwise I would never ask. So I'm assuming the time I paid split way some one is pocketing the cash and just charging the diffrence on the card. This Mc Donalds has the rudest Manager and some Staff If you can not do your job respectfully then you need to go else where. I do not expect to be treated the way I was no customer should be. I work near Union Station, DC. Every morning I take one Mcgriddle with Egg (no sausage, no cheese) with a small coffee at McDonalds inside Union Station after getting down the VRE(train). Every day I was charged $2.74 cents including everything. It is a simple order not much complexity in that.

One of the employee said it was very confusing and do not know how to ring that. She should have asked some of her employees or her manager, instead she asked me how to do it? I told her just put Mcgriddle sandwich and say no sausage and no cheese. She did something and she brought my total to $3.74. I thought she is new and let her go.

After few days the same lady served me again and this time instead of asking how to do it, she asked me how do they charge you everyday. I said $2.74 including a small coffee. She rang me up again 3.74. I told her very politely that everyday they charge me $2.74 including the coffee. She could have canceled it and put a new order since it was her mistake not to know how to take custom orders instead she was very stubborn and did not say anything, instead she said you should have gone to some one who do your custom order daily do not come to me.

I got angry and told that it is not money I care about and this attitude just lost your self a daily customer. The worst part is that after taking what they gave and coming out I found out that there was "Sausage" in the Mcgriddle and no egg.

Very bad experience early in the morning, disturbed my whole morning. I would want to see such people get fired.

I been up since 5 am and had not eaten all day. I just finished troubleshooting some electrical problems for 3 hours in electrical switch gear, traveled another 2 hours home had no money in my wallet but had a free large sandwich tag from the monopoly at Mc Donalds . Its 2:30 in the after noon I stop at a Mcdonalds in Brampton Ont. Present my prize and to my surprise there was a math Question 37-(3+10) and I quickly added it to 44 Well yes I was wrong and the girl behind the counter laughed at me and said whats wrong dont you know your math took my free hamburger and said I loose my prize. I am not happy. I will definitly not be buying from Mc Donalds to often any more. Dont fall for Mc Donalds phoney Game.
