wont update
Every time I do a systems recovery on my computer and reinstall my antivirus they say it is out of date and it takes me hours to get them to fix it. This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with . When this subscription runs out I am going to Norton. They don't come any worse than this greedy bunch of jerks.

Lack of Techincal Support
Macfee has one of the least effective techincal support service i have ever seen or experience. I tried their online chat support and/ virtual asstance still could not reinstall the Macafee Antivirus. When I finally reach a "live" person. The CSR redirected me back to tech chat support. I ask could I speak to a real person in tech support and was informed thier would be a fee. What???????? Why would I paid additioanl money when I purchase the software and service for 3 years ans I am only in the 2nd year?????? I hope future buyers of Macafee read this before considering purchase this so- called service.

No Service
Where to start!!!?? I have had Mcafee as my anti virus protection for years. The first time it ceased working I had to take it to PC world and have my hard drive wiped and re set costing £90. Several weeks later it stopped protecting my computer again. I phoned technical support at Mcafee and ended up speaking to someone who couldnt speak english coherently. I didnt mind paying£20 for one phone call. I got cut off and had to call back only to be charged a further £20 +. The person could NOT help me solve the problem, so I was £50 out of pocket and still paying for a service that didnt work. Im a struggling single mum and just wanted the problem sorted. Im SO upset about the whole situation. £50 + is a lot of money to through away! I would discourage anyone from selecting Mcafee. I lost Vital work for University also.
