Product totally ineffective, a rip off! Missed eleven infections that the free version of Spyware Doctor found, despite several scans. Their Virtual Technician (another download) with product did respond to service chat by linking to another upgrade (another charge). Only had a week and will attempt refund. Doubtful. Do not buy McAfee!
