Went there to eat 7/15 about 7:30 pm, waited 10 minutes at counter.

one woman waiting on her to go order finally asked worker to check on it, the girl grudgingly checked on it. No other customer than us, standing there waiting, she looked at us several times. we waited 10 minutes - she never took our order, we left. wrote a complaint to corporate website - they never acknowledged it all all.

SO guess that is how they do business - just ignore you til you go away!
